We proudly offer a refreshing saltwater pool, children's playground, and on-site dog park. We know you'll also love our beautifully landscaped grounds complete with walking trails, as well as a poolside fountain and pond! Our inviting clubhouse features a fully-equipped fitness center.

 

Ryder Downs Apartments is located in Sanford, with easy access to San Felipe Mexican Restaurant, Spring Lane Cinema, Riverbirch Shopping Center, as well as all the shops and restaurants in downtown Sanford. We are situated near many area employers and schools, including J.R. Ingram Elementary, West Lee Middle School, Southern Lee High School, Central Carolina Community College, Food Lion, Central Carolina Hospital, Pfizer, Caterpillar, Tyson, and Static Control Components. With our convenient location just minutes from Jefferson Davis Highway, getting around the city is a breeze!

 

We are a pet-friendly community, accepting cats, dogs, and select exotic animals. A pet registration must be completed for all animals and you will be required to submit photos and veterinary records. We are excited to welcome you and your animals home to Ryder Downs Apartments today!
